The Barrhead News has ran a feature on the work that the Barrhead BID is doing to help breathe a new lease of life into the town. The article features information on what a BID is and examples of previous BIDs from East Renfrewshire such as Clarkson and Giffnock.
There are words from the chairperson Paul Santi (New Yorker Fish & Chip Shop) and vice chairperson Sara Park-Patterson (Bluestone Design) detailing why they want to be a part of the BID and what benefits they will see from it. Laura Molloy of RPL MKTG is also featured, explaining the role her within the BID as project co-ordinator.
